Our story

We started selling Logitech in Pakistan in the early 2010s, when Logitech was not widely known in the local market. As the only major European brand in the category — and with a clear lead on quality and durability — we believed Pakistani consumers deserved direct access to it. So we took the step and started selling.

Over the years that conviction paid off. Today we are Logitech’s authorized Distributor and the officially authorized online partner to sell Logitech products in Pakistan.

What “officially authorized” means

It means three things you should be able to verify, not just take our word for:

• Direct from Logitech. Every product comes from Logitech’s official import channel — straight from global Logitech warehouses to Pakistan, through customs, with all duties paid. No grey-market imports, no parallel sourcing.
• Sealed packaging. Boxes arrive with manufacturer seals intact. We never open, repackage, or sell display units as new.
• Manufacturer warranty in Pakistan. All products sold directly by us are backed by the official Logitech manufacturer warranty in Pakistan. We do not accept warranty claims for any Logitech products sold by other resellers — this is how we safeguard the official Logitech channel.

How we ship

Free, nationwide, 2–4 business days. We work with TCS and M&P — Pakistan’s most reliable couriers. You get a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

If anything goes wrong with delivery — a delay, a courier unable to locate the address, a re-routing request — our CSR team works directly with the courier company on your behalf and keeps you updated until the parcel reaches you. You don’t deal with the courier; we do.

How we price

Logitech doesn’t set fixed retail prices for resellers; pricing is at our discretion. Because every product we sell is legally imported through the official Logitech channel — with full customs, duties, and taxes paid into Pakistan — our cost base is higher than grey-market sellers. Even so, we work to keep our prices competitive against global Logitech pricing wherever possible. The trade-off is straightforward: legal imports, official warranty, transparent invoices.

How we handle returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for wrong-product cases only — i.e. if we shipped you the wrong item. We don’t accept change-of-mind returns. For genuine, sealed Logitech products, returns of opened items become impossible to operate without raising prices for everyone.
